1. Reservation:

Rooms can be reserved online via https://yatrinivas.co.in or by contacting our booking team. All bookings require accurate guest details, check-in/check-out dates, and payment.

2. Payment:

Full or partial payment is required to confirm the booking.

Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or any online payment gateways.

3. Confirmation:

A confirmation email/SMS will be sent once payment is processed successfully.

Booking is only valid after receiving confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund:

Free cancellation is allowed up to 2 Days before check-in.

Cancellations made after this period may incur a charge of 80% amount.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. No-Show Policy:

Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice may result in full charge for the booked stay.

6. Modifications:

Changes to booking dates or room types are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

7. Special Requests:

Requests such as extra beds, special meals, or room preferences will be accommodated wherever possible but are not guaranteed.
